Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • Items must be returned in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for returns, including:

  • Final sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Items marked as non-returnable

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for processing depending on your bank

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us at relivasupport@protonmail.com.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll make it right.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  • Check your bank account again

  • Contact your credit card provider — it may take time before your refund is officially posted

  • If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, contact us
